Bio: She wasn’t like the other children. While they played hopscotch with brightly colored chalk, Just Plain Evil sat moodily in the corner, dressed in black, a permanent scowl on her face. When asked to join in the games, her eyes lit up like there was a smoldering fire within. Years later, when asked about her childhood, she’s reported saying, “I don’t know why the buildings burned…” 

Having the choice of prison or a work release program, JPE chose the latter, donning her skates and pasting on a sneer that passes as a smile. But if you look in her eyes the fire still smolders.
